Holy cow! I cannot believe Mahlon was available to help us at a moments notice when we really needed him. He saved me from a heart attack when a file transfer went terribly wrong. He was so efficient and professional organizing my pc files and explaining the systems, as well as making sure our computers were secure. I am so relieved and thankful. Phew!

Smart, effective, efficient solutions. I like that!Mahlon first set us up with BitWarden, which has allowed me to forget completely about "password management." I then asked him about adding a second monitor, and he set it up for me with no bother and no fuss, and as a real estate agent who uses the clunky tools of the MLS, having two full screens to work with is a real time and energy saver!Also, it's great for Zoom because I can keep the controls over on one screen and see the proceedings without popup windows all over the place!Oh, and no "upsell."
