I am writing to express my concerns and feedback regarding my recent experience with your organization. I have been assigned a new employment specialist, Neal, who has been trying to get rid of me since the beginning due to high expectations, despite my experience, skills, and master's degree. I was assigned to a program that was not relevant to my qualifications, and I suspect my accent and poor network were the real issues.Additionally, I was introduced to a bootcamp called NWIRC, which was funded by your worksource, and was told that 90% of the graduates from the previous phase had found jobs. This place helps in my job search and hopefully a place that helps lead to gainful employment. With that being said, the staff are very helpful and friendly. There are adequate handouts and computers. Awesome resource.

I just want to take the time to give a HUGE shout-out to Ms. Karen who comes to the EvCC campus to assist with Training Benefits applications! She has been a hero, a help, & such a lovely resource. I am very thankful for her time, energy, & encouragement. ♡ Job well done!
