We have used them several times and they are available for appointments in a timely manner (within a week in my experience) and always show up on time with a text ahead of time to confirm they are on the way. You would never know they were there because the house is just as clean if not cleaner when they leave. They are kind and professional! There is nothing lacking in their quality or attention to detail.

These guys did a quick and affordable cleaning of my wood stove. I am skeptical about Chimney sweep companies since I got scammed by one a few years back. Thankfully, these guys are honest.
They quoted me a price, came out to clean my wood stove chimney, then actually charged me a lower price because the job wasn't as tough as they expected. I can't complain about that!
