Its OK, it's nice and they have a big selection. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is the prices were high, double some triple my normal shops prices on the same products. The employee was nice, but unhelpful. He 1. tried to charge me full price on a 50% off sale item, good thing one of us was paying attention, and 2. Knew nothing about the 1 product i asked about.?! I thought your job was too know these things?! I really don't appreciate standing in a cold breeze way, waiting on 1 of 2 employees to open the door, it's ridiculous! it's a pain in the butt and another reason I more than likely won't spend money with this business... read full review

This has been our preferred bud shop in Everett for over 2 years and it's still great. 99% of the time the customer service is top tier, knowledgeable budtenders, friendly and kind. They always have great suggestions and I've never been disappointed. I had a cartridge stop working once, after a couple of puffs, took it back with receipt and packaging and they tested it with their machine. Results were questionable, but they exchanged the cartridge for me anyway. I rarely have issues with cartridges though. Overall great product, wide variety and decent sales always going on. The staff there are super knowledgeable about all their products and they always have specials to help me get the best price! It looks really nice in there post remodel too! The selection most definitely increased a great deal after that!

The parking lot isn't a nightmare to get in and out of so I'm here for that part too!
