I took my 9 month old baby boy into the walk-in this morning because he had a fever of 103.8. The male nurse was nice but he obviously had no idea how to do his job. When he gave my baby infants ibuprofen he gave him 3.75ml and he shoved the whole syringe into my baby's mouth and injected all of it at once while my baby was laying on his back. My poor baby choked so bad and started coughing and sobbing, I told the nurse to leave him alone and that that's not how you give an infant medicine. he didn't even apologize, all he said was 'well I put it at an angle at the back of his mouth, that's how I was told to do it.' It's a good clinic overall but lacking space at the infusion center. If a patient needs to cancel an appointment it will be about a month before they can reschedule you. If you are on a medication recommended to be given once a month, just because a patient needs to cancel for some reason, now they will not get the medication for two months. This is not acceptable and puts costs above patient care. More beds, rooms or locations need to be added regarding the infusion center in Everett.

This is for Doctor Willauer and the whole team at the Kemp/Gunderson Surgery Center, part of the Everett Clinic.. I had a lipoma on my right shoulder blade for over 40 years that had been partially removed 30 years ago (Maine). But because no one thought an ultrasound was needed 30 years ago the doctors were surprised to see it was intertwined with the muscles and as I had been given only a couple of shots to numb up the incision site they elected to shave it off. 30 years later this thing had grown to several pounds and was causing lots of muscles spasms but because of what I experienced 30 years ago I never expected another surgery was would be any different.
