Deanna is a wonderful counselor she made my 10-year-old daughter feel so at ease and she's so kind :) she goes out of her way to help her clients and there families Also Marquez at the front desk is so amazing.

Kind front desk staff. Willing to match my schedule. My therapist is very flexible and kind. She was willing to help me with my anxiety. Each person makes you feel comfortable within your first steps into the office.

Don't bother going to intake. My partner is disabled and can't use a phone. She also has multiple mental health diagnoses. I contacted them about this and was told they'd do intake in person. We went down there for intake and were told they'd do registration for her so that we could call back the next day and do a two hour phone call. I explained the problem with that. They did not care and were unwilling to accommodate her in any way. Next time you come across a homeless person with severe mental health problems that hasn't bathed and is eating out of the garbage, this is why. Those that need help the most simply aren't helped.
