A love letter to a well-anchored tent.
I photographed a wedding at Chateau Lill this past May in 22mph gusts and temps in the 40s. The tent was groaning. The wind was relentless. And I was standing there thinking — thank god this is a CORT tent.
Here's the thing about working in this industry for 15 years: you learn fast that the vendors you never think about are the ones doing their jobs perfectly. Nobody notices the tent when everything goes right. Everybody notices the tent when it collapses on top of 100 wedding guests.
