My sister made an appointment to discuss the marker for our parents. We really didn't have any idea what we wanted, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. From what kind of stone, to the colors available, to what it was going to say exactly. She really took the time to talk everything through and give us options and a range of what was available at what prices. We had to communicate back and forth several times because of where my parents were going, and the logistics of getting both parents to the same place. They did great work, and were very helpful. Only complaint is a communication issue, I let them know we plan to place it in a different town but haven't scheduled that yet since my father died years ago but never had a memorial for him. Once it was finished they said they shipped it to the cemetery we plan to do business with soon but didn't think nothing of it. Now I gotta go to the other side of the state to pickup this heavy stone lol. Shouldve asked more questions
