They did great work, and were very helpful. Only complaint is a communication issue, I let them know we plan to place it in a different town but haven't scheduled that yet since my father died years ago but never had a memorial for him. Once it was finished they said they shipped it to the cemetery we plan to do business with soon but didn't think nothing of it. Now I gotta go to the other side of the state to pickup this heavy stone lol. Shouldve asked more questions

I had a very unique small engraved granite coasters that I wanted made. Most other companies turned me away because of how small the order was relative to what they usually do. I got in touch with Paul from Pacific Coast Memorials and they were more than happy to help me out. They had very unique ideas on how to make our design fit on to the small coasters. They turned out even better than I could have hoped for! The granite was perfectly polished and engraved to perfection. They also had the finished product delivered to me 6 weeks before their original delivery date. Working with Pacific Coast Memorials was a great experience.
