NW Subie specialist is the only place we take our Subaru for maintenance. The guys here are respectful of the services we request and don't hype up potential issues. They are extremely well qualified and we are always satisfied with their work. If this shop is more expensive than others, it's because the quality of skill here warrants it. They want to take good care of cars and people, and we are so glad!
Best experience working with mechanics in my entire life. The process was so efficient and the customer service was great. The person who I worked with was super kind and offered me some great advice. It feels really nice to find “my mechanic”. I’m never going anywhere else. They also had decent prices from what I’ve experience in the past.
I can’t recommend this place enough! My 2019 outback had rod knock and after doing some research, we found this place. I took my car in on wednesday 1/17, they diagnosed the problems that morning and were incredibly communicative. On friday 1/19, we approved the estimate and they got to work immediately. They informed me on the following Monday 1/22 that my car was ready to pick up! A complete engine replacement and axle replacement was done over the weekend and compared toother places who said it would take weeks-months, I was so happy to have my car ready in such a timely manner!
