Mark was very helpful in helping me figure out cost comparisons for specific work done on my vehicle that was in a different shop. Acting on good faith, he assisted me in navigating what this specific repair should cost and what i was quoted at a separate shop. outstanding customer service!
I trust Z Sport Euro with my Audi Q5. Had the oil/filter maintenance, water pump and thermostat replaced, and regular inspection done. Price is very reasonable and they don't try to up sell services.
Their service is 5 stars for sure. I’ve never felt like they recommended something that wasn’t absolutely necessary. Mark has always been great about communicating the service needs and what to look out for. It’s still pricey for any work that needs to be done, but I understand that a lot of that is due to the cost of parts. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
