Amazing service. Really supportive staff and welcoming to anyone with any health issues. Kayla who works the front desk is super sweet and accommodating, especially when it comes to booking appointments or insurance questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

Took forever to get a first appt and was told once I was an established patient that wouldn't be a problem anymore. Had first appt -- just okay, nothing special, place is old and dingy -- and still can't get an appt for months. Stop taking new clients if you can't service them.

Kayla is the best front desk person of any office I’ve ever been to. And Kayo is amazing at treating the whole person.

New to Acupuncture, first session was gentle and provided great relief. Second session we added cupping and the results were amazing. The staff is very friendly and make the process very easy for anyone like myself that may be a bit nervous or skeptical.
Like with most doctors set your appointments in advance and enjoy the benefits.

For over 4 years I’ve had tremendous care by Kayla (front desk), Kayo (an INCREDIBLE and gentle acupuncturist) and Sophie (Massage therapy). They’ve always gone above and beyond to give me care. Even though I now live across the country I have received continued recommendations from this office and stop in when I return to Washington. Initially I came to Gentle Acupuncture after several physical therapists, many doctors and chiropractors. I’ve experienced so much less pain as a result of the treatments and recommendations I’ve been given from them. Thank you!!!!

HORRIBLE Front Desk staff. And in my experience, if the front desk staff is bad, the doctors are even worse. Healthcare Authority has told me on *multiple* occasions that if Primary Healthcare covers a service, then Apple Health (Medicaid) *MUST* cover as secondary (by law). However, the front desk staff started arguing about this as they refuse Apple Health 100%. Never did she even offer to put me through to someone in the billing department to discuss this further. Additionally, when I asked who else they could recommend, I was told that they don't refer elsewhere. So not only do they refuse health insurance that they have to take by law (they do accept my Primary), but they have such an ego about their practice being the *best* that they cannot refer to anyone else.
