We were inconvenienced by the rep from the company that makes the spinal nerve stimulater. Our commute is 30 minutes each way. When we arrived for our appointment he was assisting someone 100 miles away. I'm sure a phone call could have been made by staff at that location to let the office where we were waiting the situation. As it was an important visit for me, we had to fight heavy traffic going home in heavy rain only to return later that afternoon. BETTER COMMUNICATION.
Have had multiple surgeries i.e. spine, hip and shoulder replacements from the surgeons/ providers at Gateway. Multiple due to my conditions, not the care I have received. I am only 62 and they respect that I have the zeal to keep camping, gardening and smiling.
Dr. Thiel is a 10 out of 10 !!He’s professional and actually listens to you.! western Washington medical is fabulous Facility from the moment you enter that structure to the staff who are always helpful. You won’t go wrong here.
