My twin brother and I worked with Selena for a massive remodel project (6 1/2 bath 6 bedroom house with Accessory Dwelling Unit). We had a great working relationship. She gave us beautiful options for our tile choices for all the bathrooms and the main floor. She produced documentation so we could see what it could look like and the builder could use to build it to spec. When the builder failed to properly seal the house and water and mold damage resulted, she worked hard to quickly determine the right value for the damaged kitchen. Took our idea for renovating a dirt crawlspace into storage/workshop and and an office with HVAC and a bathroom to blueprints currently being used by our contractor. Despite the large space, engineering the design was challenging due to local building codes and steep slope our home is situated on. Worked closely with us and our contractor to come up with the most suitable design for our project that worked with our budget and city/county building codes.
We hired Fitch Design to assist with a hall bathroom refresh and a primary bathroom and closet remodel. Selena listened to our needs and created a wonderful design for us. She handled all the engineering and permitting and supported us throughout the construction process, addressing any questions or problems we encountered. If you are considering hiring a designer or architect, it's definitely worth your time to speak with Selena and her team. We now have an amazing space and are incredibly grateful for Selena and the Fitch Design team for their time and talent. We could not have accomplished this without them.
