Went in to have a shoulder strap for a new backpack looked at since the stitching was coming undone. I wasn’t expecting the owner to take the backpack over to his sewing machine and repairing it right there on the spot. He made it better than new, as he triple stitched it. What great customer service! Honestly it isn’t all that close to where I live. It was on my way to a clients office. Suffice to say I will go out of my way to give them business in the future.

My friend picked up a pair of Cole Hahn shoes for me at Value Village for $10. They were adorable but in need of new heel protectors. Emanuel not only fixed the heels, but he placed new pads on the soles and then shined them and now they look brand new. I would highly recommend Emanuel for your shoe repair. One important note, they only take cash, but don't let tht stop you from having him fix up your shoes. He and his wife are lovely people and they always take great care of our shoes

I mailed my Redwing Work Chukkas in (from Kingston) to be resoled and this place did an excellent job. They even reinforced the toe with a bit of stitching—an area where my boots have had a tendency to separate from the sole in the past. And they got the job done and returned to me in a week. Very impressed.
