We stopped by Community Tax services with several questions. They not only were able to answer our questions, but they did not charge us for their time. We are looking forward to using them for our annual taxes from now on.
If you’re on the verge of having some help with your taxes, don’t hesitate with this place! Alex and the team are very personable, very knowledgeable, and are there FOR YOU. You definitely don’t get a vibe that you’re getting taken advantage of, he and the team make sure they ask you about your life to make sure you get as much back as you can OR owe as little as possible. The receptionist is very personable and welcoming, and Alex genuinely cares about his customers. Each year we’ve met with him he’s remembered aspects of our lives that I would surely forget if I were in a position to speak to hundreds of strangers a year. The whole team was patient, kind and very helpful. My partner and myself had multiple years of taxes that needed to be done between the both of us, they got us in the day we walked in and settled it all. we will both be coming back next tax season
