We had our carpeted stairs and our sectional couch cleaned a few months back! I was pulling up the information to share with a family member looking for carpet cleaning and realized I hadn’t left a review yet! This company is so responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cares! He even followed up a few days after just to make sure we were happy with the results. 100% recommend!

Carsten Cleaning is truly the cleaner who cares! LJ showed up on time to clean all the carpets in our home plus 2 rugs that he amazingly brought back to their original luster. Not only did he do a fantastic job getting all the spots out of our carpets, his low moisture process, allowed us to walk on them within a couple hours. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, does a wonderful job and is priced very reasonably. I would highly recommend Carsten Cleaning!
