The staff at Better Air NW are the best. I had them install a heat pump a couple of years ago. When it was time to have the unit serviced to maintain the warranty they sent me a friendly reminder. I scheduled the maintenance service and while on the phone I asked about prices for a duct cleaning. The price was great so I scheduled both services on the same day. Cory S and Kaiden M came that day and did such a great job of answering all of my questions. They were professional and explained all that happened.
