After using Performance Home Medical for 2 years and getting really hit or miss service, and only this year learned I was getting incomplete reorders with the wrong product, I would say Apria getting my first order 100% right was like a home run touchdown. I was a bit worried I would have to wait a long time for the order, but it all came together packed neatly in one box.
So far so good. Recently had a stay in the hospital, and on discharge I was gifted a Cpap/Bipap system. Apria got everything setup with my insurance, the hospital, etc, and delivered and setup all the bulky equipment to my home. The Bipap/Cpap was demo'ed just before discharge, making it easy to setup at home.Their over the phone customer service as well as their face to face interactions with customer service, case managers and delivery/setup driver, was top notch.
