Amy and Becky were the only two I had the pleasure of working with. Those two were incredibly patient and thorough with my little sister who is developmentally disabled. They took her blood pressure, temperature, and oximeter reading every single time, twice per week. The kindness and compassion they showed was above and beyond. When the time came for home care assistance for loved one with terminal cancer, we reached out to Alpha Hospice. They provided beyond hands-on wound care, bathing and med regimen, also assisting with equipment when needed or, at times, as a “just in case” so things were on hand. Same for supplies. Alpha med staff were prompt, caring, compassionate, and went the extra mile for everyone.
