Extremely good service!! I called Wednesday, Mike was out and reviewed what work I needed done I had the estimate that afternoon. Thermal was out the next day and did the job. Mike was very knowledgeable about the work to be done and explained everything to me. He was a great person, kind and friendly and I felt very good about him being in my home. Angie, in the office, was another top notch employee and very efficient and friendly. Having people like these two will keep me a customer at thermal and heating.
We had maintenance service on our home HVAC by Gabriel. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. He went above and beyond in checking our system, and I have full trust in his work. Thanks for employing the best!
The technician was on time for our maintenance on our HVAC system. We had Therm All install a new energy efficient heat pump and furnace in our home in October. This was a maintenance that was given as part of our package. The technician checked everything out. Also, we need our vent cleaned with the vacuum and he got his ladder and vacuum and did it for my husband . The technician said that the vent looked dirty. He did it for us. Made sure our filters were changed. They did an excellent job on the new system also. There was no fee for this check up.
