I had the opportunity to deal with Jake at the Yakima location and I would HIGHLY recommend using them for fireplace needs! I ended up doing this project all myself but I was able to contact Jake with all and any questions! I always received quick responses and highly informative help and guidance! And the bottom line for me was a great product at a great price compared to competitors, and what sold me most of all was people who knew the product from sale to finished product!
I bought a pacific energy fp-25LE zero clearance wood burning fire place and 15’ of stainless double wall insulated pipe and all the stuff to go with it from stove to rain cap in which was all in stock!
I’m not a sales person, just a customer but I just had to let everyone know about my exceptional experience!
Thanks Jake and crew!

Reviews
Wemt in with a propane plumbing part issue, it was resolved for a super reasonable sum of money, the knowledge of the issue was top notch and they were s I per kind. Store is clean, clearly high end and will certainly use then in the future.
We bought a spa from a store in the Tri-Cities that ended up closing the business. We needed service on the spa, but since we live over an hour from any spa business no one would help. Except for Armstrong! Armstrong was amazing. I can't say enough about how they went out of thier way to help us. I highly recommend them for any spa needs you may have.
