“Scheduling and getting a quote was oddly a bit rough this time around for some reason as we've had them out before with great success. But they took care of us when we settled up. Just want to say this is truly a great company. Alot of their employees have worked there for several years which speaks volumes to how they treat their employees I hope!! Speaking of which Jessie is just a great stand up hard working fella. Showed up right on time. Had a good chat, easy to talk to knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. Very cool seeing him get his gear on and get up in the trees he cut all the pieces just right for our fire pit. Ivan was great as well, it was fun watching him take down our little apple tree that tried to be. He went the extra mile and was so kind to rake and blow out extra leaves and make the yard look extra nice. It was emotional seeing our dead maple go and the struggling one next to it. But Jessie made my heart feel better telling me how happy the one that was left was going be! They pruned our crazy plum and wow! I wished I took before and afters.
