So much to love about this company! No one wants to cut down a beloved tree, but when our old maple finally died, I knew it was time. I found Westside Tree on the Nextdoor app, and I’m so glad I did! Patrick was one of the very first to follow through with an estimate—after too many no-shows from others. He even managed to get in and out of our yard for the bid without waking my dog or my kiddo… serious ninja skills! Patrick was quick to respond, flexible, and worked around our schedule with ease. On removal day, Patrick and his crew arrived right on time—ready to work, even on the hottest day of the year. They were professional, communicative, and impressively clean in their work. My 7-year-old even noticed, saying, “That whole team was really kind, Mom.” When they were done, the yard looked exactly as promised—and they even picked our apples and set them aside so they wouldn’t be crushed by falling branches. It’s those little touches that truly set a company apart. Thank you, Westside Tree, for making a tough job such a great experience.
Pat was prompt to respond to my inquiry and efficient with the work that we hired him for. he's knowledgeable about his field and friendly. I appreciate the care he took with my property and will have him and his crew back if we need more work done.
So, Pat stopped by today to give me a quote on a tree removal in my front yard like literally an hour ago. He saw how skinny the tree was and told me that it wouldn't take him long to cut it down for me today if I wanted him to. I had to get the OK from my hubs first so he came back about 20-30 minutes later. He wasn't kidding! It took him probably 20 minutes to cut the tree down, cut it up, put it in a pile, and clean up! AND he gave me a great deal! He left about 10-15 minutes ago! I don't normally leave a review this soon after a job is done, but I had to after the fast work by Pat! I would totally recommend Westside Tree Care to others! Thanks again Pat!
