Ballard Tree Service is known for its prompt and efficient service. They respond quickly to emergencies, such as a large branch blocking a street, and complete the job in a short amount of time. They also prioritize responsible and moral practices, refusing to cut a misrepresented tree. With a focus on customer satisfaction, they provide estimates promptly and complete jobs efficiently, even going the extra mile to relocate a bee nest.
I love these guys! I bring them out every year to remove caterpillar nests from my redbud tree as well as general pruning and thinning of my other trees. They do an excellent job on whatever it is I need them to do. They are always professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them!
Our arborists don't do tree removal and recommended Ballard Tree Service. Ballard tree service was able to come out and get a quote for us right away. They were able to schedule us within a week of my initial call, which was really appreciated since we were starting construction soon. Their quote was very reasonable. There was a miscommunication in the field but Lindsey was able to help us. Would recommend them.
Great work. Very professional, quick communication and response, and good explanation of work and scope. They came, they saw, and they pruned. I would definitely work with them again, and recommend anyone to them.
