Slate is a fantastic salon and Laura is the absolute best. I've been to so many salons over the years, and this is by far the best cut (and service) I've ever received. Laura listens to my preferences, but also has ideas for what will look good on me.She made a suggestion for highlights one of the first times that I visited her, and I told her I wasn't interested in dyeing my hair. She said if I change my mind to let her know, and she hasn't brought it up since. No upselling...so refreshing!Even if I'm just going home at the end of the day, she will spend time styling my hair to perfection, because she genuinely cares about her clients. And it shows.

Laura transformed my world. Up until seeing her, I thought I had wavy hair, but she unleashed my curls and taught me to care for them. Now I am a curly head and I love it!Services: Haircut

It was my first time here and it was amazing! Adrienne did an incredible job with my hair. I came in with no exact idea of what I wanted other than a cut and a balayage, she recommended colors and a cut that would best fit my features and she killed it!
