“Blown away... so needless to say, I hate going to the doctor, sk when Dr. Having left the practice, I just didn't go in. For 3 years. We'll I've had very significant health issues arise over the last 4 months. So I called confluence and the receptionist was super on the ball with getting me into the soonest availability (1 week out) and then despite it being a new patient appointment, Dr. Flor didn't waste anytime in ordering a gazillion labs, xray, scope, ultrasound etc.. and I've gotten all done that day, and the ultrasound 1 week out as well. I am thoroughly impressed, and I feel heard. I also feel like Dr. Flor is going to so whatever necessary to figure out what's happening to me, and help get me healthy again.
