I couldn’t get an appointment for a primary care provider for less than 6 months out. Then I had all of my radiology appointments cancelled the day before my first because they “overbooked themselves” and told me I could reschedule the soonest 2 months later. I’m so over this being the only medical facility with big equipment in wenatchee.

Unprofessional, dismissive, dregating , not helpful , very racist and bigoted . This organization deserves an award for ignorance and lack of common sense . Oh yeah and they don’t know what compassion means nor do they care . Very evil money making “ hospital “., do yourself a favor and seek medical somewhere else . Listen to the people who suffer thanks to confluence health .

Since Covid Confluence health has gone down hill to the point Im thinking of seeking my health care else where!!!! It has been 20 days and i still do not have the prescrition i need. Not to mention you dont get to speak to anyone that knows much anymore with a problem! Your new phone center taking the calls only irritates your patients to no end. My chart only works part of the time. And truly how impersonal!Do you actually read your reviews? Cause looks to me that you have a ton of unhappy patients on how you are doing as a business. I sure know Ive heard from many complain about your services.Youve gotten to big for your britches and dont seem to care. Such a sad situation.
