“I've been going to Light Dental Studios for 11 years. I started out with Dr. Poyfair in Lakewood and he was absolutely amazing, along with all of the staff. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He is absolutely hilarious and made me feel so at ease. He always remembered conversations and details about my daughter and partner, and seemed so engaged. I couldn't voice a single complaint! He even went above and beyond giving me a starbucks gift card when my lip was cracked during a crown procedure. (If you ever have the chance to visit, make sure you request they play Katy Perry... it's his favorite! jk (Sorry Dr. Poyfair!)) Last year I transitioned to the Puyallup location when I moved and experienced the same great treatment. Tonight I met with a newer Dr., Dr. Lee, who was so incredible. I came in for a crown, but had some other things take place between scheduling the appointment and arriving. She genuinely listened to my concerns, shifted course swiftly without forcing me into the original plan. (I also want to say the staff who greeted me relayed my initial message without any sense of annoyance that I completely derailed the original intention- they were so helpful and sweet!). Dr. Lee and her assistant, Ally, were so kind and gentle (they make a great pair!!!). I was also able to reschedule my original crown for 2 days from now. I highly recommend Light Dental Studios to anyone who may have a fear of dentists, or a seasoned pro like myself (ha!) who has high expectations which have been exceeded by all staff at both offices I've visited.
