I had Sampson assist with clearing a problematic sewer drain. They have made two different services for unrelated reasons, and both times were very friendly and helpful, and were able to send someone out very quickly. The plumber was quick, knowledgeable, offered advice, and fun to talk to while he worked. Above and beyond service.Service: Drain cleaning

This is a response to Lori Bedient. These are difficult times and it is our responsibility to protect our employees.This began the day of your first call when you called and stated that we had never returned your husbands call that he had made a week ago. I suggested that he must of talked to someone other than myself as his name was not familiar to me. You disagreed and said that we also had worked in your house a month ago.
