We are new to the area, and when my cat got sick, a friend recommended this office. They are the kindest people. They care about the animals they see. They are compassionate and understanding. Just this week my elderly shih-tzu needed emergency surgery and they were more than willing to work with me on payment. The vets back in Indiana would never even consider that even in a life or death situation. I am soo thankful for Bunchgrass. I would recommend these wonderful folks to anyone!

I called Palouse Empire Pest Control because I had large quantities of mouse droppings in my farm shop, but I was unable to catch the mice. Brad came out and instantly recognized that my problem was BATS not mice, despite my protestations that there were NEVER any bats in my shop.I filled a couple of small gaps near the eaves, and the problem disappeared. I had Sampson assist with clearing a problematic sewer drain. They have made two different services for unrelated reasons, and both times were very friendly and helpful, and were able to send someone out very quickly.
