I called Palouse Empire Pest Control because I had large quantities of mouse droppings in my farm shop, but I was unable to catch the mice. Brad came out and instantly recognized that my problem was BATS not mice, despite my protestations that there were NEVER any bats in my shop.I filled a couple of small gaps near the eaves, and the problem disappeared. We currently moved into the area and had them do an inspection and look through the whole house for any issures. From start to finish I can say they pointed out some key things to look for when it came to carpenter ants which I appreciated. I had called Palouse Pest Control very worried about a possible bed bug situation at my apartment. I was calling late on a Friday and didn’t think anyone would be able to come out until Monday… Palouse Pest Control is so amazing that they sent out James (who was professional and really put my partner and I both at ease) to do a quick inspection free of charge. I’m thankful for James and the team!
