Went to Fearn in regard to a car accident. He was very welcoming and helpful when I asked if he took 3rd party claims. I saw him quite a bit after an accident and stopped when my injury did not get better. First off, now that I have been seeing another Chiropractor, Fearn does not take his time with the patient. He rushes through the adjustment and doesn't allow you to relax and breath. You are in and out within 15-20 minutes. I have been going to Cloud for prenatal care for about 6 months now and the holistic care you receive at other clinics is far better than what you will receive at Fearn. Cathryn was great. Will return and made appointment for my husband as well. Front staff was prompt and friendly. Dr. Fearn was very personable and available for questions.

If you are hard of hearing I would NOT recommend Dr. Fearn for any treatment plan. He is insensitive and non-supportive. My husband is very hard of hearing and does not understand conversations due to voices being muffled due to the need to wear masks. My husband requested my going with him to ensure he could understand any conversations. Dr. Fearn DENIED his request. I translate for him and made it clear that he does not understand many voices, especially with masks, and was still denied access to translate. Dr.'s claim was due to Covid-19 I would not be allowed.
