“Great place for all! A really big space. Tons of punching bags, water bag, speed bag, boxing ring right in the center. Boxing, Brazilian ju jitsu, yoga and capoeira dance fighting. Lots of different weights and machines. The instructors are great! Great environment for positive growth! I would encourage skagit valley to check it out. It's in the Burlington Mall.”
