She does great work evey time. My 15 year old son and I go to her and we always leave happy.

Absolutely love her!!! Fast, efficient, and great to talk to. I highly recommend. She has returning customers who are loyal, and that was charming to see.

Susan really is a gem, I get my hair trimmed regularly here and recently went in for a chop— I didn’t really know what I was looking for in the style and so I didn’t love it, but I came in the next day and she recommended some changes and helped me find a style I love. Thank you!

My worst hair salon experience. If you have curly hair I do not recommend going here. The lady was very nice but did not provide good service. I asked her before hand if she had experience with my hair type and she said she did but she treated my hair very brutally. I even tried to make suggestions to help her since it seemed like she didn't know how to do my hair but she brushed them of and said her method was better. She dry brushed my curly hair, and burnt it, causing pain to my scalp. She also clearly up charged me for the service after seeing my hair. I paid almost $100 for a poorly done service. I have lost a lot of hair and the silk press it self was done very poorly. I am never going back.

Found Susan after my regular place left the area. Wish I would have found her long before. I'm pretty simple when it comes to a haircut, so in and out is always ideal. Susan is friendly, efficient and ALWAYS consistent with my cut. I've been here enough now she knows exactly what I expect and her prices are great!! From my research she is the best value for a men's haircut in the area. Thank you for the great service!!!

Great stylist very affordable

Susan is very skilled with many hairstyles. I had various different hair cuts from this salon, textured mullets, wolf cuts, and various short hair styles I have seen on Pinterest. She is good at photo matching as-well as hair color. I have Tried many different barbers before but Susan’s salon is by far the best. For reference I am Male with extremely straight hair. Best haircuts I have ever had, every time I always walk out Feeling fresh.

Don’t recommend this salon!!! Went in for a simple bangs cut even showed her a picture of how I wanted them, wispy bags but she ended up giving my curtain bangs which was not I wanted. She tired to fix them but ended up cutting them too short. Never going again. Stay away from this place.

Do not recommend this place at all! Charged me $300. Did it wrong the first time and kept having to go back to get it “fixed” & at the end my hair turned green. Will not be going back.

I really don’t recommend this place, my mom went there and pay 350 dollars for a hair coloring and get the scalp burnt and got a ball on the head and the color was not the color that my mom asked her plus she didn’t dry the hair at the end of the process, and is not the first person that complain about the terrible service here.
