The manager, Josh, went out of his way to show us cars that matched our needs and price range. Ended up purchasing elsewhere but would keep Rairdon in mind if I was ever in the market for a used car in the future.

I had an excellent experience buying a used vehicle at this dealership. As a first-time car buyer from a dealership, I anticipated the typical drawn-out negotiation process, but manager Josh made it incredibly smooth and straightforward. He worked with me to secure a great price without any hassle.
I also want to give a big shout-out to Oksana, who was an absolute delight to work with. She was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by answering all my questions via text before my visit—such a convenient feature! Oksana guided us through the test drive and made the entire process enjoyable.
I may not have purchased a vehicle even tho I was approved on several vehicles even with my situation dealing with bad credit, but I enjoyed every second of service, I felt like my business was appreciated greatly by Josh who was helping me through the process!
