“The team here is wonderful! We see Dr. Mendoza but if she’s not available we’ve also had wonderful experiences with everyone else on the team. They listen to our concerns and address the problems in a prompt manner. I’ve also been able to ask larger parenting questions and have appreciated the insight so I can make the best informed decision. The team treats us with kindness and makes the experience as pleasant as possible (given that the reason for the visit is usually because my child is not feeling good). Yes the office is outdated and does not look state of the art, but that’s a reflection of building management as they are part of a larger facility and not a standalone business. I don’t think that plays a factor when considering the best care for my child and I would instead focus on the quality of the team.“
