Got my ears pieced about three weeks ago at a different shop. One of my earrings popped out and I couldn’t get it back in. Another shop refused to help me, but this shop went out of their way to help me for free! Didn’t get the name of the employee but would recommend!!
I had a big ask for any artist, and Juan absolutely surpassed my wildest hopes for my tattoo. Everyone in the shop was friendly and interested, switching between Spanish and English easily. I went in on a Sunday after calling, had a brief consultation with Juan.
I got inked on Tuesday. It was a symbolic memorial piece, loosely based on my favorite place on the planet. I asked Juan not to do photo-realism, and trusted his artistic and cultural influences to guide the piece. That’s the thing-when you trust your artist, they will do amazing work for you. I'm torn with this review. 4 stars for the tattoo, 2 stars for customer service. He did a beautiful flower as a cover up on my lower back. There was a bit of the tattoo I was going to come back in for. Problem is, I was offered a late evening for the day I contacted to schedule, or nothing. 8pm on a weekday. I couldn't get a response after contacting a couple of times for rescheduling. Was told they would speak with the artist and never got back to me. I called and was told again they would speak to the artist. After no response I went ahead and found an artist at another shop finish it.Services: Tattoo cover-ups & reworkings
