They are very professional people and the customer service is always great and answers all the questions and I have been very impressed . Wayne and his apprentice were great! They were early and got me in before an appointment I had. They helped troubleshoot a tripped breaker and had a replacement ready and made sure everything was working well before they left. They also gave me a tutorial on how to safely DIY next time with my fuse box, dos and don'ts. He was so friendly to me and kind to my protective little dog. Todd who took my call earlier in the week was also so friendly and kind to me, taking the time to listen to my problem, helping me troubleshoot the likely issue with the breaker, and getting all the information from me to do the job quickly and well.
