They're not even in Burien. They are a call center. When I called, the guy asked me for my address, and then asked how to spell Ambaum. They claim to be on Ambaum! I found another repair shop which is actually in Burien and they had my refrigerator repaired inside of two hours. Unlike this place which had me wait until the next day and then they postponed again.

Stanislav, from Burien Appliance Repair did an amazing job meticulously diagnosing and repairing our ancient dishwasher. He was able to narrow the issue down to a tiny micro switch that was failing, picked up the part the same day, and had us up and running by afternoon! We were skeptical of the diagnosis fee for trying to repair it vs replace it but with delivery and installation times running 3 weeks out we are very happy he was able to fix it for us in one day and saved us several hundred dollars! One of the other reviewers had a similar experience as mine. Burien Appliance subcontracted with Gordon Bryant to repair our Kenmore washing machine. Gordon diagnosed the problem as a faulty lid switch. When he said it’d be $230 in parts and labor I figured he’d have to order the part and come back later and it would take some time, but then he pulled out a new switch and had it in 10 minutes. I was happy that the motor wasn’t bad and to have the problem fixed so quickly - Sears, in contrast, had scheduled me 2 weeks out for a diagnosis (a long time without a washing machine for a family of 4).
