My husband and I got our tuxedos from Angelica for our wedding, and they were gorgeous works of art. She helped us select our tuxedos from a catalog and then worked with us to customize them with beautiful crystal designs. She hand sewed everything, worked so hard, was kind and friendly, and only charged a small amount for the custom work. The tuxedos were big for us but we brought them to a tailor, they were altered, and all was well. On our wedding day, my husband and I both loved our tuxedos, and each other’s tuxedos, which we did not see until the wedding day. Everyone loved them and complimented them. We are so thankful!

My fiancé and I ordered our wedding suits from Angelica. She is very friendly and hard working. She did beautiful custom work on our tuxedos and they are works of art. She took our measurements from head to toe, but when the suits finally arrived, they were excessively large—fit for a giant. She insisted repeatedly that this was how they were *supposed* to look and said they could not be altered. However, we brought the suits to a tailor, and the tailor said she can alter them thankfully! Angelica does not offer the option to try on suits before purchasing; you are required to place an order from a catalog and cannot return anything if the suit doesn’t fit. I recommend choosing items carefully and making sure if you order something, it is a style that flatters your physique . If the suits fit better or if Angelica was able to alter them for us, this review would have been five stars.

This place was a struggle to buy a dress for my daughter. After buying a dress and the dress was never received, I had to struggle to get a refund for a dress that was never received. Customer service sucks.

At first I thought this was a good store to purchase my bridesmaids dresses from. The owner was pleasant and helpful in the beginning. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses and was guaranteed the dresses to arrive in 2 weeks. We never received a call to notify the dresses had arrived in 2 weeks, so I called the store and when I finally reached the owner I was told she had not received them yet. Well almost 1 month later, 2 of 3 dresses arrived and we still never received a notification of the arrival, I had to call. She requires at least half of the payment of the dress at the time of the order which is understandable. So over two months still my 3 bridesmaid never received her dress or a call from the store owner. Everytime I called her she had no answer for me on the status of the 3rd dress. I asked her to call the seller and she said she did but I have no idea if she really did or not. I asked her to refund my. bridesmaids money, as she has not received her dress yet and she refused!! She even offered to have the same dress custom made for more money!!! REALLY!!??So after so much frustration and having a face to face conversation with her, I took matters into my own hands and contacted the seller myself and they told me that model of dress has been discontinued and that is why we only received 2 of 3 dresses!!! We ended up getting a refund, 3 months later, but seriously there were several other ways this could have been handled on a professional level. After all, she is the owner!I do not recommend this place, sadly.

Don’t waste you’re time going here, paid $50 to reserve a spot so my daughter can try on a few dresses that were a “new collection”. That day came and she states she forgot and was on her way to the shop, I call later on and she said she was stuck in traffic, rescheduled and nothing. Till this day we never got a set date to try on the dresses and never got a refund, same thing happened to my friend and her daughter and when she spoke to Angelica she stated that she was returning the dresses… hmmm something is not right. She can keep the money. Just Don’t want more people falling for the “reserve you’re spot for $50”

This is a really lovely store in the heart of Burien. Angelica sells great bridal fashions, Quinceañera, bar mitzvah, and more. She also sells absolutely delicious salsa at the Burien farmers market among other things. You can check out her booth there every Thursday and it sells the salsa and a lot of great gifts from the boutique. Angelica is a active member in the Burien community. Check her out today!
