“I’ve brought my dog Chandler here quite a few times while I went out of town and he loves it! Kelly is so great and does great with communication. Has a portal where you can send a request for boarding. My dog loves coming and Kelly keeps you updated during their stay which I really appreciate!”
“My dog (Johnny) and cat (Blue) have been to Tails several times over the years. We used to have a guinea pig that went too (RIP, Muffin). Christina, Dale, and their staff have been amazing with their care and communication every single time! 10/10. I should mention that Blue is sweet to us, but is an absolute nightmare for anyone she doesn't know and she was definitely a handful for them. They gave me honest feedback, but also gave Blue grace and never banned her, even though she definitely deserved it. Lol.
These days, we have neighbors that love taking Johnny like their own when we leave town, and Blue now has another cat buddy at home, so we usually just have someone stop by to feed them and spare the Tails team.. Either way, I give them my highest recommendation for anyone looking for pet care!”
