I went into my initial appointment concerned about the level of pain because my previous cosmetic tattooing experience with my lips was excruciating, and I sat through a tattoo on my ribs without issue, just for reference. I appreciated her skill with numbing, the light touch that gets great results, as well as how good she was at setting expectations of what would/wouldn't work with my skin type. I’ve tried 7 different lash techs for my lift and tints throughout Vancouver over the years, including at some very well known lash places. I’ve been disappointed every time until I found Ruby. I don’t know how she does it but the amount of lift she is able to get out of my lashes is incredible. She is extremely detailed, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend her. She’s not in the mall anymore but I will follow her no matter what.“

“Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! They actually give you a massage and don’t just rub your legs with hot rocks for a minute and call it good. My 8 year old got a pedicure as well and they gave her the same treatment we got, which also doesn’t happen often. Very please with the service!“

“They good nails, nail tech said he could draw a flower I chose from there options so did airbrush on ring fingers and price was pretty spendy for mine and my 10 yr olds nail. Mine was 60 for acrylic set and my 10 yr olds acrylic set was 50. For some reason my card was charged 117.00. but the nails r pretty.“
