Their services include trim work, drywall replacement, and general repairs. They have completed various projects for a Homeowners Association (HOA), both small and large, with great results. I'm On It Handyman has also passed the vetting process required by property management companies, ensuring they are properly licensed and insured. They provide clear contracts and reasonable estimates. One satisfied customer appreciated their quick response to their mother-in-law's emergency toilet repair. We worked with Jordan and his team on a small project in our bathroom/bedroom. Jordan was communicative and flexible and the subcontractor who helped him was knowledgeable and did a great job. The finished job, which requires from trim work and drywall replacement, blends in seamlessly with what existing portions of our wall remained. We will definitely be calling Jordan and team for projects as they come up down the road!

I was so happy to find this service. When my mother-in-law called to say that her toilet wasn't working, I was beside myself. My husband was incapacitated that day and I couldn't leave him alone to go try to figure out how to fix it myself. Fortunately, there was a team member near her place finishing up a job, so he was able to get over and fix it within the hour. Thank you so much!Service: General repairs
