I most recently used Sound Pest Control for mice control. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was understanding of our situation and explained the infestation clearly as well as offering a solution that was affordable in a reasonable time. They are my go to pest control solution. Best prices and best service as well as customer service.

Their specialist, Born, is very capable. He is a down-to-earth professional who is courteous, optimistic, knowledgeable, articulate and gently persistent and persuasive when he believes he knows where a difficult problem entry point is. He offered additional services to the owner’s rep, but was agreeable, and even helpful when the owner wanted to handle the work instead.
