Making arrangements for my mother was the hardest event Ive ever had to experience. Emotions are high, theres a lot of confusion and time just doesn't make sense. We worked with a lady named Lily and she was so kind, paitient and understanding. She told us in the first meeting we could call or e mail and that she would never leave us hanging. She meant what she said. I would e mail at the weirdest times of any given day and Ms. Lily always responded in a very timely manner. She never made us feel like an inconvenience or a burden. She always treated us well.
