I’ve always tried to catch people/companies doing the right thing and today I have compliments for Sundance Energy Services. I needed my furnace cleaned & serviced and my gas fireplace looked at & repaired as it wasn’t working at all. I suspected the wall switch and had purchased one for this, but there were other issues with it as well. It had been more than a few years since anyone had serviced my systems and it was WAY past time. Let’s start with the woman in their dispatch department: Kara was great! She arranged my appointment and was a pleasure to deal with even when my service time was delayed due to another customer’s emergency. I get it- things come up, but Kara was on the ball & it actually worked out better for me to have the tech come out later. The tech who came out was a young man who was 💯 younger than the equipment he was working on. His name is Jordan and he VERY respectful of me and my home and surprisingly knowledgeable about the furnace he worked on. This young man had served in the US Army for 6 years and still is involved with the Army via the National Guard. Jordan evaluated the issues, cleaned out both the furnace and the fireplace (which looks SO much better) and left the area as clean as he found it. The price for the service was reasonable, accomplished with no wasted time, and while he did recommend that I call the sales team to look at replacements for both my furnace & fireplace (they’re 27 years old) he did his best to make the old furnace and fireplace look & function great and represented his company very well. Kudos to Sundance Energy Bothell for being a great company (established 1991?) & for hiring outstanding people. 5 ⭐️ only because I can’t give more.
