We worked with Eric who went above and beyond to help us with our home remodel. He helped us determine products that were available in the time frame we needed them, made sure we had samples to determine the best fit for the house, was available at any time to discuss products or timing of products. We also had a major issue with a contractor, and we had a strict deadline - Eric spent hours making sure the issue was taken care of and the project done on time. We recommend working with Eric and the ProSource team!!!

We needed to replace two kitchen drawers that were stolen in a break-in. We went to Carole who helped us wade through the supply-chain process to acquire compatible drawers which will work great. Thanks for the great customer service!

A good source of hard flooring, tile, and countertops. They carried other items as well such as faucets, sinks, cabinets, and cabinet hardware but the showroom wasn't as well stocked in these areas so I probably wouldn't buy those here. This isn't so much a bargain supply store. There are probably better places for that if you are on a tight budget such as Floor & Décor and Tile for Less. I often come here to look at tile in the medium to upper price range though honestly I don't buy directly from these guys so I don't know specifically what the prices are so much. I tell my contractor what I want and they buy it and I get whatever feedback from the contractor. As big as the showroom is, as with most showrooms I wish it was even larger. I wish it was open more hours of the week so I wouldn't have to take off of work so much to browse here but they are open no less than other stores. They are open for 3 hours on Saturday and many similar store aren't open on the weekends at all.
