“I came here without an appointment and was sitting in the chair getting my tattoo within 10 minutes. Alan was outstanding. My parents have gotten tattoos in the past from other places and never have we had such a positive artist as Alan was. He explained the process, and even made absolute certain my tattoo would look exactly how I wanted before I got it done. For my first tattoo this was the absolute best experience I could’ve had. “I was driving up from Salem to get my nipples pierced and my original piercing place cancelled on me very last minute. All the other places that I called were very rude and did not make me feel comfortable to come in except for this place. I was already nervous for my piercing so it was very nice to have have the staff and piercer be so kinda and make me feel so comfortable. The receptionist was also very reassuring on the experience of the staff and never got irritated with the amount of confirmation questions I asked. I could have not asked for a better experience, especially being such a last minute decision.It has been a little over a week since I got the piercing and it’s healing beautifully! “Clorae at Aura is awesome! She worked on 3 small fine line tattoos on me. I had a last minute change on one of the pieces and she was very flexible and sketched out a new design. During my session, she was quick, efficient and had a gentle hand - always making sure I was comfortable. The tattoos turned out BEAUTIFULLY - so happy!!The studio is very welcoming, clean and tidy (and two cute pups greeted me at the door!). Also, I appreciated the covid safety protocols. “I came in for a walk in piercing and the shop was clearly busy but they still squeezed me in. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I did not wait long at all. Afterwards I felt a little light headed and needed to lay down. The receptionist gave me a water bottle and put a roll of paper towels under my ankles so my legs would be elevated as the blood returned to my head and then continued to check on me. Exceptional customer service :)“
“Deep Roots spent time with us planning and explaining our piercings. Jacob was knowledgeable, patient, and skilled with both ears and nose piercings. Kyle, Dani, Sarah, and Leslie were helpful and friendly helping to choose earrings. I will return in the future.“

“I got pierced by Sarah Williams and it was the best piercing I've had. I have 10 piercings that I've gotten over the years, this was hands down the best treatment I've ever received. Everything felt clean and professional, all of the staff were lovely and Sarah made me feel so comfortable. The process did not feel rushed, she made sure that I felt good and was happy with the placement before piercing. I've had my nipples pierced before and had to take them out because they were not healing, which was due to the large gage of bars my previous artist used. So Sarah had to work around/ignore the previous scarring and holes. Not only did the piercing go super smooth, the healing process was so fast this time because they know what they are doing!“
