The design support (Kristen and Summer) and follow-up is fantastic. I was able to select a unique door that works perfectly for my home that I might never have found without their guidance. They came back for a touch-up after my door install (no extra fee) so I didn't have any additional work to do. Awesome experience overall.
I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie and Pella. She was prompt, professional and truly walked us through the pros and cons of the different options, prices, colors, materials, etc.
