This pro is amazing: diligent, reliable, detail-oriented, honest, friendly. He exceeded our expectations. He went out of his way to add special finishing touches. We have a lot of exterior doors - front door, side door, and a total of 5(!) sets of French doors. All fir, all with a natural finish. After 20 years of exposure, they were badly weathered and I was worried that a couple of them couldn't be saved. Derek refinished them all, and their door frames, requiring multiple coats. He also stained two concrete porches. PNW Home Improvement is an amazing outfit - Derek has helped me with a variety of projects over the past year, everything from a new deck to flood mitigation, drywall buildback and tile installation.In every case, Derek and team are skilled, detail oriented, fast and fairly priced.
